This compensation reflects a good-faith offer based on the responsibilities of the role and is subject to standard payroll withholdings and deductions required by law.

This offer, and continued employment with FGLM, is contingent upon: satisfactory completion of any required background check and reference checks; verification of eligibility to work in the United States (Form I-9); and acknowledgment of FGLM's Employee Handbook and policies, including completion of all required training within the timeframes specified.
Employment with FGLM is at-will, meaning that either you or FGLM may end the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause or notice, consistent with applicable law. This letter is not a contract of employment for any specific duration.
