Why FGLM

We're a closed-loop ecosystem — housing, wellness, education, and career training working together for the same girls, over years, not just one program visit.

1

Mission-first culture

Built and led by someone with lived experience of the exact instability our clients face — this work is personal, not theoretical.

2

Real career growth

As FGLM grows toward an ~$8M program portfolio, so do the paths inside it — from direct service into program leadership.

3

Trauma-informed by design

Every role is trained and supported to work with young people who've faced real hardship — you won't be figuring it out alone.

4

One team, five pillars

Housing, Counseling, Learning Center, Academy, and Career Institute staff all work from the same mission and the same standard of respect.
