Oversees intake and day-to-day structure for the Academy (P–12) and Career Institute, keeping focus on the student caseload, and refers students who need extra support to FGLM's Case Manager.

Manages daily shelter operations, coordinates closely with Housing Case Managers and Shelter Advocates as one team, and ensures a safe, structured, and dignified environment for residents around the clock.

Works closely with each client to ensure full access to FGLM's programs and resources, advocates for referrals across housing, education, and counseling, and approaches every client's full health profile holistically — not just their housing status.

Supports residents day-to-day — de-escalation, crisis response, daily living support, and building the trusting relationships that make case management possible.

Leads the Learning Center's day-to-day operations for children ages 3–12, coordinates with the Early Childhood Educator team, and ensures a warm, safe, CCAP-aligned environment for the youngest members of our community.

Delivers day-to-day early childhood education and care, building a nurturing classroom environment for the children of clients enrolled in our programs.

Manages drop-in center operations, coordinates volunteers, oversees resource distribution (meals, hygiene supplies, clothing), and connects drop-in youth to case management services.

Provides individual and group mental health counseling, conducts clinical assessments and crisis intervention, and develops personalized treatment plans in compliance with healthcare recordkeeping regulations.

Helps clients connect their skills to a career and understand themselves and the roles they're applying for — aiming for a path to purpose, not just a job, with quality fits in placement, readiness, and training.

Delivers the core Medical Assistant curriculum and leads hands-on clinical skills labs, coordinating with concentration instructors so the program builds coherently from start to finish.

Teaches phlebotomy technique and safety as a concentration within the Medical Assistant program, leading lab sessions where students build hands-on confidence.

Teaches EKG and cardiography skills as a concentration within the Medical Assistant program, including hands-on lab instruction in lead placement and basic rhythm recognition.

Teaches billing, coding, and reimbursement as a concentration within the Medical Assistant program, built around practical, scenario-based coursework.

Builds and maintains clinical site MOUs, coordinates student externship placements, and conducts student evaluations throughout each placement.

Provides wraparound support, serves as the housing liaison between VTI students and Housing Case Managers, and offers crisis navigation to keep students enrolled.

Manages enrollment, student records, scheduling, and compliance documentation for the Career Institute / VTI.

Provides academic planning, retention support, and career readiness coaching to keep students on track from enrollment to completion.

Owns the administrative backbone of our licensed Illinois Home Services Agency — compliance documentation, personnel files, and day-to-day office operations.

Keeps caregivers and clients connected — building and adjusting the schedule so every client gets the care they're authorized for, every day.
